Jilebi is a sweet dish from India

But it might have come from Persia

Saffron added to sugar and flour,

And a little curd to make it sour

I like to have them all hot and round.

No point in missing, when they are not around.

There are days when I feel heavy,

That’s when I write poems about jilebi
